The Host understands and will provide adult/parent supervision at ALL times! The Host will not enter into a contract with any other form of entertainment or with another character entertainment company without first telling and discussing it with The Fantastical Character Company.
The Host understands completely that ALL of the characters provided by The Fantastical Character Company are generic and based on public domain fairy tales and other stories. (and attendants) will work to ensure that your home (or facility) and guests are treated with care, however, liability will lie strictly with the Host. The Fantastical Character Company character performer(s) LIABILITY: The Fantastical Character Company, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents or damages caused during the Host’s party, to the guests or the property. These can be paid to the performer the day of the party. Any gratuity, while never required, is greatly appreciated by our performers if you felt your party was a success. A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be added to each booking.
